Lynn has been a nurse in the Emergency Room for greater than twenty years. She also spent five years as a clinical research coordinator with Phase III drug studies. She started out serving in the United States Army. She then went on to finish her Bachelors of Nursing at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Most recently, Lynn finished her Masters Degree in Nursing with the concentration of Family Medicine at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She also has ten years of experience as a forensic nurse and currently serves as the Program Coordinator of the Sexual Assault Forensic Nurse Team for Hanover Hospital.
Lynn will work closely with Dr. Eisenberg and her associates. She is passionate about providing exceptional care that our patients already receive. Lynn is accepting new patients to include pediatric and adult patients.
Dr. Eisenberg may ask patients to follow up with Lynn to monitor the effectiveness of treatments and medications. Lynn may also answer telephone requests and report test results to patients for Dr. Eisenberg. Lynn will consult with Dr. Eisenberg when she recognizes cases that may go beyond her scope of training.
In addition to working inside the office, Lynn will also be visiting local nursing homes to provide care to our patients.
Lynn resides in Hanover with her husband Brandon and their two children Nathan and Allison.

Shelby started her nursing career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a local hospital and had been a Registered Nurse at the same hospital since obtaining her degree in nursing six years ago. Shelby completed her undergraduate degree at York College of Pennsylvania in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She then went on to receive her Masters of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner at Millersville University in May 2020. Shelby is ecstatic to be presented with the opportunity to continue to serve and care for the Hanover area.
Shelby will be working closely with Dr. Eisenberg and the other associates at Hanover Family Practice. She is overjoyed to continue to provide the extraordinary care that Heathers patients already receive. Shelby will also be communicating with her patients regarding labs and diagnostic test results by phone. Patients will be scheduled with Shelby by our staff in full knowledge of their needs and her skills.
Shelby is capable of recognizing when cases go beyond her scope of training and practice. In such situations, she will request the consultation of Dr. Eisenberg or her associates.
Since the beginning of her nursing career she has always been passionate about providing patient care. Shelby is looking forward to getting to know all of her new patients and continuing the excellent care that you have always received.
